Attend a workshop
Several times a year, we host public workshops in San Diego (and across the United States as requested), teaching individuals and organizations how to live without anxiety, to accept yourself as you are, and to completely heal from past hurts. Every workshop:
- Is facilitated by Brenda who specializes in life coaching
- Features hands-on learning and activities
- Includes tools to take home to continue the healing and self acceptance process
- Guides attendees in creating a plan to live successfully and happy
- Is relevant to everyone as we all have something that we need to not fear, heal from, or accept.Most workshops begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. with short breaks throughout the day.
